I've been through this save yourself some frustration and get the new CTR board. TLDR = get a new board from support $20 out of pocket if your past the 30 day atgames warranty. Even if they start working again ,get the new board when support offers it (keeping new and old board will probably forfeit your $20 back)so you have one for back up because it seems this part is prone to failure.
